每個人都有尚未開發的潛質,需要不斷被啟導、被欣賞及被操練才能充份發揮出來。絕大部份人因欠缺自我了解和一個被啟發的過程而無從發揮潛能;他們被成長中負面的訊息壓抑,被不知名的恐懼束縛,被社會制度和大眾文化捆綁,因此無法自我超越。「樂觀精神自療法」針對以上的問題,啟導參加者掌握樂觀精神的學習,有效地管理負面的情緒。 六週課程內容包括: 1. Identifying the different forms and manifestation of negative emotions 2. Examination of the feelings and needs behind these emotions 3. Developing positive behavioural responses to negative feelings and unmet needs 4. Developing a more effective emotion management model – self-enhanced optimism – for yourself 5. Understanding the relationship between psychological and physiological health as well as nutrition and diets 6. Clear up inefficient patterns of negative emotion management
